Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions described below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The product must have all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or alterations.

Due to hygiene reasons, bras and intimate garments are eligible for return only if they are unworn, unused, and in sealed or original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products returned after the allowed return period.
  • Items purchased during clearance, final sale, or special promotional discounts (unless the item is defective).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send a return request with your order details and reason for return to customer support.
  2. Once the request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the product according to the instructions provided.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the situation.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

6. Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or replacement, you may request an exchange within the return eligibility period, subject to product availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under the return policy.
